An E-Bike Photo Adventure to the Lupine Fields in Sugar Hill, NH

I recently did an e-bike adventure into Sugar Hill, New Hampshire to visit the lupine fields and take some photos. Let me take you along for the trip!
For this ride, I packed my Nikon D810. I also brought my favorite manual focus lens, the 24mm, which is the sharpest lens I own. It’s perfect for wide landscape shots.
Another lens I brought is the Lensbaby Velvet 56mm. It’s great for landscapes with its dreamy effect around the edges and can also be used for macro shots.
Lastly, I packed my 135mm Sigma Art prime lens for those compressed shots that isolate subjects in the landscape, particularly flowers.
In addition to the camera gear, I brought a spare battery, my GoPro, and my phone for additional video content. With everything packed and ready, I set out on my e-bike.
Starting in the White Mountain National Forest, I planned to cover around 50 to 60 miles, so I used two batteries for the extra distance. I also brought my tripod, the lenses I mentioned, snacks, and extra water. My GoPro was mounted and ready with a 256GB micro SD card to capture the entire ride.
The day was perfect for a long ride, and I was excited to explore Sugar Hill and its beautiful lupine blooms. I mapped out my route through the backroads and was ready to capture some great images.
This ride was a photo adventure, so I stopped frequently to take pictures and capture every moment. The views were stunning, and I couldn't wait to share them.

Arriving at the Lupine Fields
At the mid-point of the ride, I arrived at my main location. I was feeling accomplished and thrilled with the photos I captured. The lupine fields did not disappoint and it was an adventure.
